Coil punching
Coil punching is the solution where productivity outweighs flexibility. And where standardization through uniform widths, is an option within product families.
Coil punching guarantees a high degree of productivity, with relatively low transport costs. By using stationary or NC-controlled punching, in which thick Turret type tools or special tools have been installed. The familiar phenomenon of tolerance increase resulting from coil curvature is minimized through tested Wemo concepts. Batch size ‘1’ within product families is possible.
Application. Greatly suited for the lighting industry, office furniture industry and the manufacture of storage and heating systems.
