WEMO’s commitment does not stop after the start-up. Quite the contrary. Our service team, stand by to offer you instruction, maintenance, repairs and fault finding analysis after delivery. The Help Desk can be reached 6 days a week from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm (West European time GMT+1 hour).

The Help Desk will help solve machine breakdowns and if necessary with the help of a programmer who can conduct the fault analysis remotely via a modem, to anywhere in the world. You will receive a response within one hour after your call. If the Help Desk cannot solve the problem, then you can immediately schedule an appointment for a visit from a service engineer.
